Why I Shoot
It's the moment when the love just radiates out of someone's eyes. When a couple is so present with each other the rest of the world disappears. When a mom watches her husband make their kids giggle and her whole face lights up. That feeling on the drive home with a full cup? That's exactly what this is.

Meet Makayla
I have been photographing real life right here in Manitoba for a few years now, and I still leave every session with a full cup. Families, couples, maternity, branding. Whatever the occasion, my job is to make you feel so at ease you forget the camera is there, and then give you something that stops you mid-scroll every single time.
I genuinely believe outfits matter (I built a whole guide around it), that flowy fabric and natural movement add emotion to photos, and that the candid, in-between moments are always the ones you will treasure most.
